Products Are Missing From My Cakewalk Account

If you are missing products from your Cakewalk account, you can register them by providing your serial number to our registration form. If the product is already registered to a different email address, you will not be able to register it again. If you believe this registration is associated with one of your past email addresses you no longer have access to, Cakewalk Support can assist by migrating your products to your new Cakewalk Account. 

To get help, if you haven't done so already, begin by creating a Cakewalk Account here. Afterwards, please contact Account Support here (click the [Contact Email Support] button under "This did not answer my question")  and provide the following information:

  • Any of your past email addresses you have used to register Cakewalk products
  • Any product serial numbers or registration codes you have available
  • Your current email address and Cakewalk Account name
