My username or email address is not recognized when trying to log in to my Cakewalk Account

If you have not visited the Cakewalk Store since December 16th, 2014 and previously had a Cakewalk Store account, you must create a new Cakewalk Account. On this date Cakewalk rolled out a new account system that shares one identity across all of it's services, some of which being the new Cakewalk Store, the Cakewalk Forum, Cakewalk Command Center and all of Cakewalk's Support services.

When you re-create your Cakewalk Account, if you use the same email address all of your registration and purchase history will immediately be restored the moment you verify your email address.

If you no longer have access to your older email address, please use your current email address to create your account. If you need help getting your products restored, please see this article for more information on how to proceed.
