In some cases, when using an audio card with multiple outputs, more than output one can appear selected. This problem occurs because of the way the audio card reports it's available channels to the instrument.

The outputs are typically listed in order as stereo pairs. The most recently chosen output will receive the instrument's sound.

This issue is more common to Windows Vista than other operating systems.
