• PYRO Plus, pyro 2004 CDDB Error

    The information in this article applies to:

    Some Cakewalk® PYRO® Plus and pyro 2004 customers have reported they are unable to obtain CD title and track name information when using the CDDB portion of pyro. Sometimes this problem can be accompanied by the following error message:

    To use CDDB you must first connect to the internet. Please do so then try again

    We've created an update for Cakewalk® PYRO® Plus and pyro 2004 that will eliminate this problem. The update is available as a patch. Simply follow the directions below to install the patch and receive all the latest pyro enhancements.

    1. Download the pyro_PYROPlus_Update.exe and save it to your computer.
    2. Verify that the pyro application is closed.
    3. Double-click the file named pyro_PYROPlus_Update.exe

    The Patch will install the latest pyro updates, eliminating the CDDB related error you experienced.
