Notable Fixes/Changes:

• Editor: Fixed automatic cross-fade of overlapping clips
• Editor: Fixed waveform scrolling during recording
• Editor: "Insert Marker" button now works during recording
• Tagger: Added support for double byte languages (Japanese, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc)
