File > Export > VideoUse the File > Export > Video command to combine the audio data and any video data in your SONAR project into an .avi file, Windows Media Video file, or QuickTime file. The audio in your project is mixed down automatically and saved with the video in the new file.
Note: It is presently only possible to export QuickTime videos on a 32-bit system. This is a limitation of QuickTime, not SONAR
